Best hair experience of my life. Amazing salon and ladies working are so gentle and skilful. I’m so so happy with my 22 inch keratin bond extensions which look so natural and feel great compared to the wefts i had before. Price is also very fair considering the amazing quality. Thanks again x

Edit: I wrote this review when I was upset so wasn’t as clear as I would of liked to of been why I gave it 2 stars.
Other than my negative text experience. The hair extensions themselves are not of high quality. My hair would thin out very easily after a couple months and would become very tangled. I got curly hair put in and I would NEVER curl. Resulting in me having to straighten it to look good.
I also had a few occasions when the colour match was not perfect and it really upset me one time but I just sucked it up.
Overall i think there is better options for colour and for hair extensions. After going to a new salon I am so happy I didn’t go back. My hair looks miles better now and feels so soft and curly just how I wanted it.
Honestly really annoyed and disappointed. I used to go here and loved my hair. It wasn’t perfect everytime but it was a decent place to get some extensions.I’ve tried to book in again and have been met with rude , short messages. I am literally the front cover photo with the blonde hair. I am quite disappointed as I wanted to go get my hair done again and I’m getting the shortest reply without even telling me when they are available. So it’s obvious for some reason they don’t want to take me again and my messages aren’t even sending though! Don’t know if I’ve been blocked or what . Don’t understand why I’ve been met with such an off attitude. Seeing as I’ve spent well over £4000 at this salon. Maybe it’s a miss understanding but it was never like this when I used to go here. Shame was looking forward to getting some nice hair but I’m not going to be nice to someone who is just being rude and off with me back. Will find somewhere else.

If you came across this business, consider yourself very lucky. It is the best place in UK to get your hair extensions done. You do not need to look any further. I have had hair extensions for 25 years. I have been to many salons, not only in London and UK but even abroad. This place, and the owner - Natasha, are incredible. You will have the most amazing results done with extreme professionalism, great care for the client, best product on the market and at most reasonable price. I wish I could rate this place with 100 stars. I very rarely leave reviews but relay on them myself when I look at a new business that I have never used before. I hence feel compelled to help other people, like me, who found a great joy and self confidence through the use of hair Extentions. This is the place to get it done. You will not regret a visit, and you would love not just the result, but the whole experience. Could not live without this incredible business that provides such fantastic service.

After having recently moved from australia to london i woke up one morning and my extensions from back home were awful! I had the wefts and they were almost hanging down. i didn’t know where to go being new to the country so i just searched the internet and found all these amazing reviews about service and natalie. From the very moment of contacting her i cannot even begin to explain how amazing she is. She is such a professional at what she does and is such a sweet person at the same time. She doesn’t try to up-sell you if anything she was trying to get me not to go too over the top!! i am so sad to think of when i go home eventually and not be able to have her doing my hair! Natalie you are a superstar!!
I am very happy that I found Russian Hair. Natalie did an amazing job with my hair. She is a sweetheart and very professional. I tried different hairdressers in different countries and she is one of the best. I am using extensions for seven years and travel a lot so I had some bad experience over the time. I recently spent a small fortune on keratin extensions and got my hair completely ruined! I came across Sublime, and when I seen the really good price for Russian Hair, I booked immediately. I was really happy to get a good deal but a bit nervous about the possibility to fix my problem with keratin. Russian Hair Extension removed the old keratin and extended my hair with new Russian Hair. The hair is gorgeous and matches mine really well, the micro rings are excellent (and not too big or too small like some others!), and it is very thick (thicker than many others I have had before). Really cannot rate Sublime Hair Extensions highly enough! Great quality product at a GREAT PRICE!
I recently had a set of Russian Virgin Hair extensions. I had bad hair cut and was really upset by what my hairdresser had done. I wanted my long hair back! I went for consultation first, because i wasn’t sure is my hair long enough for extensions or not. Natalie was so nice and patience, showing technique, explaining how it works. I was really surprised how natural it looks! Exactly the same as my hair had looked when it was long. Hair extensions match perfectly, nobody notice that i wearing them. They are easy enough to look after, non of them have fallen out! Really happy!
I initially came to Nat to get hair extensions. I was nervous to get them but she did such an amazing job and i received tons of compliments so i’ve been coming back to her for several times, still my hair extensions look like new 6 months later, very soft and silky! Very pleased with that! Xxxxx

I know Natasha for a few good years now. I cant praise her skills enough! The best quality hair around and the effects are just mindblowing! Her advice is always spot on and prices are very fair. I’m always happy with the results and the method doesn’t damage my hair.
